Our goal is 100% Satisfaction

Because our products are Custom Made-To-Order at the time the order is placed then certain conditions apply.

We print our designs directly onto the products right here in the United States to assure the best quality product at a fair price. We want you to be happy with your purchase; however, due to the made-to-order nature of our products we are unable to issue refunds.  If a product arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it free of charge.

1 If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email “info@printedwarehouse.com” within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.

2 Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item).

3 For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. The reason for this is that all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order.

4After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the damaged item back to us.
